Care instructions

• Vacuum: Weekly on low suction without the beater bar. Never vacuum the fringe.
• Spills: Blot immediately with a clean cloth. Dab with cold water and wool-safe soap. Never rub.
• Deep clean: Professional hand-wash every 2–4 years. Avoid steam cleaning.
• Shedding: New wool rugs shed for the first few weeks — this is normal and stops with regular vacuuming.
• Rug pad: We recommend a non-slip pad to protect your floor and keep the rug in place.

Handmade character

Every rug is woven by hand, so expect natural variations: slight differences in size (up to 2 inches), subtle color shifts in the wool (called abrash), and minor asymmetry in the pattern. These are signs of authentic handwork, not flaws. Room images are digitally styled — the rug design and colors are true to life.

Free, fully tracked shipping to anywhere in the world wide. We pay all customs duties and import taxes before it leaves Morocco, so there is nothing to pay at your door.

Once ready, shipping takes about 7 days. In total, expect your rug 3 to 4 weeks after ordering.

Live with it for 30 days. If it isn't right, tell us and we'll send a return label. We refund you in full once it's back with us.

Expect some shedding for the first few weeks. That's loose fiber from the weaving and it settles.

Vacuum on low suction without the beater bar, rotate it every six months, and blot spills with cold water. Never rub.
