How it travels.

  1. 1We measure and photograph your rug one last time, then roll it pile-side in so the fringe is protected.
  2. 2It is wrapped in breathable cloth and a waterproof outer layer. No plastic touches the wool.
  3. 3An express courier flies it from Marrakech to the US. We clear customs and pay the duties on the way.
  4. 4It arrives at your door, signature optional. Unroll it and let it rest flat for a day or two.
