Every rug is woven to your order, so we can't accept returns for change of mind. But if anything is wrong, we'll fix it.
Three steps.
- 1Something wrong?Message us within 7 days of delivery with photos. Damage, wrong size, wrong design — we want to see it.
- 2We make it right.Depending on the issue, we'll send a replacement, have the rug repaired, or give you a full refund.
- 3Easy shipping.If we need the rug back, we send a prepaid label and arrange pickup from your home. You don't pay for return shipping.
Our guarantee.
We can't accept returns because you changed your mind — your rug is woven from scratch just for you. But we stand behind our work:
Exceptions
- Arrived damaged → full replacement or refund
- Wrong size or design → full replacement or refund
- Colors look different from the photos → message us with photos in natural light and we'll work it out
- Rug pads can be returned unopened within 30 days
